Dietitians of Canada released a paper entitled “Defining the Role of the Dietitian in Dysphagia Assessment and Management” in 2015. This paper was developed with participation from dietetic regulatory bodies and Registered Dietitians from across Canada. The NLCD board has reviewed this paper and has endorsed the content.The Alliance of Canadian Dietetic Regulatory Bodies will develop dysphagia specific competencies.
